I posted an earlier question about a car service from Heathrow to our hotel and received some excellent suggestions. One of them was a company run by Ray Skinner but I've seen some old posts on another site talking about not being able to reach him. Does anyone have any recent experience using his service?

Judy, I think those old posts about Ray Skinner, if you read them all, explain that Ray's website was hacked and he had a heckuva time sorting it out. That was about 2 years ago. I have used his services since and all was well. He picked us up at St. Pancras last December and delivered to Southampton docks.
