Has anyone used the railpass.com website to purchase Rail Europe tickets? If so, how did things work out for you? Their prices seem usually low compared to other websites. Thanks.

Are you talking about railpasses, or tickets? You can buy railpasses from several sources including here at ETBD, and ETBD has good prices and bonuses. As for rail tickets, your best source is either over there, at the counter, or online from the various European rail networks, like bahn.de. I wouldn't buy them from anybody over here. If railpass.com "seems" to have the best prices, you are not comparing them to the best sources.
