If you can handle French, use www.voyages-sncf.com, the official French Rail site. For English use www.tgv-europe.com which is a multi-language site operated by French Rail. To keep the site in English and to avoid being bumped to Rail Europe which doesn't show discount fares, choose Great Britain as both your country of residence and the country in which you will retrieve your tickets. You can still pick up tickets at any SNCF station or boutique in France.
