i purchased a pass and made reservations through raileurope but their times for the ave trains were slightly different and the train numbers were different than listed on renfe site.. will this be a problem

The train number needs to match your reservation. Your reservation is train specific. I think it could be problem if I understand what you are asking. Rail Europe is a travel agency or reseller of tickets and only sells tickets for a limited number of trains. I would triple check with Rail Europe. They need to earn their inflated prices.
