has anyone been sold a ticket by rail europe with meals and then been denied the meals on the train where they tell you the voucher is no good? I recently had a first class from Paris to Cannes on the TGV where rail europe sold me a meal ticket for 18 euros each way and they (sncf) haven't served meals on this train for vouchers in years. Need to find others similarly situated.
