On weekdays you could leave earlier, but on Saturdays and Sundays your best choices are Nice Ville-Ventimiglia-Milano Centrale-Roma Termini. Depart at 07:53 and arrive at 16:45. Or depart at 09:53 and arrive at 18:45.
