Hey all, I have a question for those who have flown on airfrance in the past year to/from Paris: do they still serve complementary champagne on board?
Jonathan, yes they do, we flew with them last September . They serve a wide selection of alcohol for free and more than one drink, you just have to ask!
We have always had very good service from them.
I had this in October--it's a nice touch. Free wine, too.
It would be a shame to pick an airline based on a snort of joy juice or two .....unless somebody else is buying the tickets of course. Price gets it for me, the less spent on flying, the more days you can stay when you get there.
If Air France is your airline of choice, go for it! We flew them round trip this past May-June, they were great. The meals were decent, plenty of wine and a snack bar in between meals. I would go with them again if I had a choice.
We flew them last May/June and indeed were offered complimentary alcoholic drinks. The reason we chose them (non-stop from Seattle to Paris) was that we were able to use Alaska Airlines milages for FF tickets on AF. We are flying them again this coming May/June. They sure beat previous experiences on British Air or NWA. Happy Travels - aloha charlie
