I feel like I may have read about this on here before but can't find it. Does anyone have experience booking a reservation on the Turkish Airlines website? I tried twice, get through the whole process and then say there is a problem with my card. It's my bank card (Chase) with Visa logo, funds available, etc. It is a debit card but I have never had an issue using it to book tickets on other airlines. I then called the Turkish Airlines service center the (unhelpful) rep said something about trying a credit card. He also said I had to book online and he couldn't help me over the phone. I can't believe that a large airline such as this wouldn't be able to accept a Visa logo debit card. Does anyone have experience or suggestions???? Thanks.
