We plan to travel from Stresa (Lake Maggiore) to La Spezia in August. The train schedule would have us waiting several hours between connections and so I am in search of a reliable, comfortable and reasonable private transfer for 4 adults.

We used Daytrip.com 3 times in Spain when public transport would have taken too long. Highly recommend!

Try WelcomePickups.com (and they have an app) for this type of service. You can get pricing online by entering your start/end point. I've used them in a number of cities in Europe and have been very happy with their services.

We are looking at DayTrips for our italy trip next May. They were cheaper than Transferro who were also recommended.
