Private Transfer from Nuremberg to Prague

I checked the DB Bahn site for this trip and date and it looks like there is a bus that does the trip in about 3 1/2 hours with no bus changes and at a very cheap price. Are you more interested in the tour guide part or the not having to take a bus part of your question?

I don't think most of the people on this website are wealthy enough to expect "private transfers". I've never seen anyone write in with the question, "how can I make my trip to Europe more expensive?" The Bahn bus that leaves from in front of the Nürnberg Hbf is, I'm told, quite nice, with a bathroom, stewardess, and snack bar, and it goes non-stop. There are also trains, with a possible change in Schwandorf, for less money, but that doesn't appear to be your criterium.
