Does anyone have recommendations for a driver to take us on a day trip from Sorrento to Positano? How much did you pay? I've seen some for 200 euro and up but have heard about services that are less... Thanks in advance!

Take the bus. It's a blast! How they manage those narrow roads with vehicles parked on the side and motorcycles weaving in and out is something you must experience!
Better than a roller coaster for thrills and much cheaper!
We did Sorrento --> Positano by bus then Positano to Amalfi by ferry then back to Sorrento by bus. This way we arrived in Positano at the top and only had to go downhill. Ferry took us to Amalfi and gave us sea view of both cities. Since Amalfi bus stop is not way high like Positano and since bus starts there so seating is better, it worked out great!
