We used Rick Steves' Italy guide and were so happy with Moretti Taxi's private day trip along the Amalfi Coast. Now we are traveling to Munich and are looking for something similar for a day trip to Neuschwanstein Castle and a half day trip to Dachau. Can someone recommend something similar to Moretti? We really enjoyed the idea of Moretti's private car/tour guide. Thanks.

There probably is something like that available for Neuschwanstein. However, a private ride/guide could only take you to the parking lot below the castles, and then walk around with you outside. You can only visit the interiors of the castles via a guided tour run by the Bavarian state government. So, there really wouldn't be any advantage to hiring a private guide.
