We are six senior travelers planning a two week trip to France in September 2026. Our first leg will be in Normandy and we need to get ourselves from CDG to Bayeux on jet lag! Having explored the public transit option, we believe hiring a private van/limo service with a driver to take us directly to Bayeux is the best option for us. Any suggestions for companies to check out and advice from folks who have done similar traveling would be much appreciated! We are very excited about our trip, which had been planned for May of 2020....until COVID brought us all to a screeching halt!
This site --- https://www.suntransfers.com/ --- shows a cost of $1000+
Given the distance and size of vehicle needed, the cost is what should be expected.
No personal experience, but when I have seen this vendor mentioned, it has been in a positive way.
We have used Daytrip in the past, and have booked them for our next trip.

I think a good compromise between cost and convenience would be to just have a taxi bring you to Gare St. Lazare, and then take the train from there.
Doing this exact thing for a group of 5 in April. Booked with Transfeero. By far the most reasonable cost. Will see how it goes.
