We are leaving Sarteano on July 2 and need a ride to the Rome airport. Any suggestions. Train connections would be cutting it too close and our cars have to be turned in the night before.

Just in case the train timetables you checked were incomplete, I'll ask what time does your flight leave? If taking the train won't work, you might be better off driving to Rome the day before your flight and turning in your cars there. Spending a night in a Rome hotel might cost less than a private car from Chuisi to the airport.
