I have asked this question last month about not being able to print out my Thalys tickets. I may have found out why. When my ticket seat reservation appears, my husband's name is "Deux" which I know means 2. I am not sure what to do about this. I emailed thalys and am awaiting a response. The tickets are non refundable and are for October 27. I would like to get this resolved before I leave.
