prague to paris on Smartwings

Has anyone any recent experience on Smartwings? very bad reviews on traveladvisor but dated in 2006. saw it mentioned in Rick's book on Eastern Europe as one of the low cost carriers. I need to travel from Prague to Paris on the 3rd of september. Easy jet has one flight but it doesnt get into Paris until 1030pm. I have fly with them between nice and bordeaux and find them very organized. thank you

Hi, Would you consider doing this Prague-Paris route by train, either by night train or day? By night I suggest this route as the least disruptive. Take the EC train Prague-Berlin, direct. Then take the CNL Berlin-Paris direct, dep. 20:07 arr. 11 am or so. The day route can be done with two transfers: Prague-Dresden-Frankfurt-Paris, dep 06:29 in Prague, arr. 20:54 in Paris, with ample time to change in Dresden and Frankfurt.

dear fred thank you for your suggestion, normally I love taking the train but since we have only 3 days in paris, I'd like to get there in a shorter amount of time and the smartwings flight is non stop and a good price.

Yes Smartwings is a new company, they were pretty bad at the beginning but they invested a lot and you can notice it. I travel with Smartwings for two years now and never had any pb, their planes are pretty good actually, for a low cost company.
