Prague to Munich to Bruge to Amsterdam

What is the best way to get to each city? I had planned on a 3 country rail pass (super saver as I am traveling with a companion), but are Point to Point tickets a better option? Buses? Air? Any help is greatly appreciated...Thanks! 9/25 - Prague to Munich 9/29 - Munich to Bruge
10/2 - Bruge to Amsterdam

For a started you'd need a 4, not 3-country rail pass. In any case, you should fly between München and Bruxelles (or Charleroi, or Antwerpen, maybe even Liege) and take a train from these locations to Brugge.

Here's Ricks tips on looking at train schedules: http://www.ricksteves.com/plan/tips/db_tips.htm For the lowest train prices, you would need to buy advance tickets from the website of the country of origin (or sometimes, termination) of the train. So, look at Czech Rail http://www.cd.cz/en/, German Rail http://reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/query.exe/en, and Belgian Rail http://www.b-rail.be/main/E/index.php. Discount tickets bought in advance will usually be non-refundable and non-exchangeable. You can find out how much full fare tickets will be by looking at traveling tomorrow on the websites. Ticket prices are not yet posted for September, but you can look at June prices to get an idea of the discounts that will be available. For flights, look at http://www.skyscanner.com/. As Andre says, look into alternate airports. A rail pass must cover every country you pass through on a train, or you pay extra for that segment; yet more reason that for only three tickets, it would be very unusual for a pass to be a good deal.

Many thanks Andre and Harold! The reason for a 3 country pass is that I thought Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg) were considered to be a single country when purchasing a rail pass. However, I can see that purchasing three tickets as opposed to a rail pass may be more cost effective, but is this for Second Class travel or First Class travel? I will look into more this weekend and price out point to point tickets vs a rail pass. Again...many thanks for the tips and advice!
