Prague to Munich express bus, change?

It appears that the direct Prague to Munich bus no longer goes to (leaves from) the Munich Hauptbahnhof. Instead it uses the ZOB (Zentrale Omnibus Bahnhof) at Hackerbrücke. Then you have to take any S-Bahn from Hackerbrücke to the Munich Hbf (approx 11 min including a 10 min walk). If you put in "Munich Hbf" on the Bahn query page, it will come back with a Saving Fare ticket only to/from Hackerbrücke. But if you spell out "Munich Hauptbahnhof" it will offer a Saving Fare ticket including the S-Bahn (non-train-specific) between Hackerbrücke and the Hbf.

Also, it appears that they no longer offer a Savings Fare ticket for the IC Bus between Prague and Nürnberg and the ICE to/from Munich Hauptbahnhof.

After further review,

The Bahn IC buses are more extensive, it seems, than we realize.

The bus from Nürnberg to Prague actually starts in Mannheim and goes without a stop to Nürnberg before heading to Prague. You can ride it just from Mannheim to Nürnberg. Not only does the advance purchase fare from Nürnberg to Prague start at 19€, the fare from Mannheim to Nürnberg starts at 14€ and Mannheim to Prague starts at 29€.

There is also a Berlin to Krakow bus with fares starting at 29€.

There are six buses running on two routes (through Friedrichshafen or Ravensburg) from Munich to Basel. Fares start at 14€.

Finally, there is an IC bus from Nürnberg to Zürich with stops at Munich airport or Munich Hackerbrücke ZOB. Nürnberg to Munich, from 14€, Munich to Zürich, from 19€, Nürnberg to Zürich, from 29€.
