There are several services that offer door to door service for a small group (3 + luggage) has anyone used one that they would recommend? Some ask for payment well in advance (weeks and weeks) this makes me cautious- any thoughts?

If money is no object door to door service is comfortable. But it is not much faster than Yellow Bus (Student Agency) which makes it in about three hours. We used it once on different route but we were 6. With three people it's still quite cheaper to use bus. Or you can use train with one change in Ceske Budejovice. Mike's chauffer service is allegedly reliable. If you don't want to pay well in advance book it just couple weeks ahead and pay with credit card. That way you can always dispute it if any problem arises.
