prague to auschwitz in one day??

Unless you have a specific reason why you must see Auschwitz as opposed to another concentration camp, you could go just one hour outside of Prague and go to Terezin. Other concentration camps: Dachau is just north of Munich; and Mauthausen is between Vienna and Salzburg.

There was an extensive discussion about this on the Prague forum of Tripadvisor. Seems that there is a tour company that is quite expensive but will do the trip in 1 day. I think the name of the company or Weisman (sp?). Perhaps you could search through the Tripadvisor Prague forum and find out exactly.
