To those who are planning a great trip to Italy,
We had a very poor experience with Sorrento Shuttle (part of DTS travel group), and wanted to pass this along in case it helps someone traveling to southern Italy to avoid the same mistake. They were 40 minutes late, and in the end, we had to get a cab to get us to the right location in the Sorrento area. It turned a great day into a bad one, and they did a poor job of handling the situation.
We have found Rick Steves site to be incredibly helpful in it's recommendations, having come off a great Pompeii tour with Gaetano, who was highly recommended by Rick (great experience!). Hoping this experience serves to have other travelers avoid the same mistake.

Unless you have been in the area, it's hard to describe how dysfunctional most modes of transport are, whether public or private.
Just curious, where was the shuttle initially picking you up?
