There is only one way to find the answer to your question, that is you have to do the maths for yourself. Use the Swiss Rail website at www.sbb.ch/en and remenber the default setting on the site is the half fare. Then price each of the proposed journeys for point to point fares remember you should includ the Milan Lucerne trip from the Swiss border, add in any trips you may be inclined to make such as boat trips on Lake Lucerne or either of the lakes near Interlaken. Then remeber that for many of the mountain trips ie Titlis you will get a discount on the fare usually 50 per cent the exception being the Jungfraujoch where you will only get a 25 per cent reduction from Wengen. You will find the cost of the Swiss Pass and other Passes on the Swiss Travel site.
I can tell you that if you are going up the Jungfraujoch, the savings on that trip alone will almost cover the expense of a Half Fare Card. So that is probably your best option, not a Swiss pass. Look on trenitalia for a discounted ticket from Milan to Lucerne (or to Arth-Goldau which may be as far as you can go on an Italian train starting in Milan. Are you sure there is a night train from Zurich to Cologne?
