Please Help My Border travel wth 2 different passes Swiss and Austrian

'll Be Coming to Zurich through Innsbruk.I'll be Holding a Austrian Pass and a swiss Pass.Do I Need To Buy tickets from the border city in austria i.e Feldkirch to the border city in swiss i.e Buchs. or i can keep traveling without ticket with austrain pass in austria and swiss pass in swiss. Secondly Swiss Pass Needs To Be Validated at the Swiss train Station before using it.Since i am coming from Austria how will it be done?
Will it be Validated in the Train itself?

Since Switzerland and Austria adjoin on that route you should not have to buy any tickets if you have passes.
