Seems like your rail pass will only be used two times, from Vienna to Salzburg and Salzburg to Jenbach. I don't think Austrian buses are covered by the Austrian rail pass. For Vienna bus to train station, without knowing from where in Vienna to which station, it would be hard to estimate, but it's a city bus. I don't think it will be very much. I think a website that might give you some information is Wienerlinien, www.wienerlinien.at. A website that might get you some fares (for ex Jenbach to Pertisau is €4,00) is the Verkehrsverbund Tirol, www.vvt.at. ETA: Looks like the Pertisau to Hoch Imst daytrip will use another day of your railpass from Jenbach to Imst RT. The bus from Inst to Hoch Imst is €1,90 each way. In 2009, I went from Salzburg Hbf to Mondsee (€5,60) and then from there to St. Gilgen (€2,90). I would imagine Salzburg to St. Wolfgang to cost something similar.
