plane from Izmir to Istanbul

Has anyone used Wegolo to book flights? Am having difficulty paying on line for flight on Pegasus Airlines. Also, that airlines seems a lot cheaper than Turkish Airlines, why?

Wegolo? Beats me. What happens if you use the corporate site? Pegasus is a budget airline. It's been around for maybe ten years and hasn't dropped one. I've never had any problems with them except their destinaations are a tad limited.

For a search website for flights in Turkey, try Bulucak. The English option no longer seems to work, but using a translator for months, the rest is easy to decipher. Just like Kayak, this finds all available flights, but then you go to the airline's website to book directly. I'm recommending this because there are multiple airlines flying your route (using both of Istanbul's airports - choose Ataturk if possible, as it's much closer); this way, you can see all your options. We flew Atlas Jet on this route, and a big advantage for us was the free shuttle bus from Izmir airport to Selcuk; they have free airport shuttles to other common destinations, too. This will save not only money, but hassle, so look into them. Our Atlas Jet flight was fine; just like Turkish Air domestic, they offer free beverage and sandwich or cake, even on these short flights. For further information on Turkey, the Turkey Travel Planner website was invaluable.
