Is it possible to hire someone to meet you at the madrid airport t1 terminal to help you navigate to t2 to catch a flight to Barcelona

After a quick google I learned that there is free shuttle service between the terminals ay Madrid airport. I do think there will be signage in several languages indicating this. If you are disabled there is a service to help you. Google is your friend for that. BTW, I guess you meant " .... to catch a flight FROM Madrid".
