Passport Check leaving Europe

Hi there!

I'm leaving Spain and returning to the US. My flight is routed through Oslo. Where will my passport be checked/stamped? Will it be in Norway because Spain to Norway is within the Schengen area? Will I have to leave the terminal/go through security again? Thanks!

I just flew home yesterday from Paris Orly through Oslo to the US. My flights were on Norwegian.
My passport was checked at Orly when I checked in for my flight and again when I went through security.
Assuming you are on Norwegian as well, you won't change terminals but there is another baggage security clearance and a long line for passport check.
Have a good flight.

The flight to Oslo is consider a domestic flight. In Oslo you will go through exit immigration. Small tip - use a piece of paper, sticky note to id the page with the entry stamp. Then through security to the gate for the international flight.

We recently flew from Budapest to Boston on Norwegian Air, changing planes in Oslo. That was the second time we connected in Oslo.
We had to show our passports in Oslo both times to get into the outgoing international terminal.
