Looking for an inexpensive but safe place to park at the Seattle Airport for a two week period.
Kathleen,
I've used the Econolodge Sandstone Inn (19225 Int'l Blvd) probably 20-30 times the past 7-8 years (not much the past year or so) and always had a good experience. Not much to look at as it's an old Econo-Lodge, but I never had to wait long for the shuttle, and the prices were cheap ($7-8/day a year or so ago). Never any problem with my car while gone. They have AAA rate too, and I've found coupons in the Seattle Times Travel Section.
I often use the Clarion. It is really close to the airport, there is a 24 hour shuttle, and parking is relatively cheap.
Check out the website for Park & Fly in the Seattle area. We typically do that (out of San Francisco) and either stay one night in a hotel before our flight or upon our return. For many hotels, parking is free with one night's stay.
Thanks to all of you for your parking suggestions. Kathleen
