We will be leaving Paris from the Est station and arriving back at Nord.
We want to leave some luggage at Est but I think they are within walking distance of each other so this should not be a problem. Am I correct in this assumption? Ron

They are very close to each other - 5-10 minutes walk. Look at a map of Paris (available online) and see.

If the weather is miserable or you are very lazy, they are one stop apart on the #4 Metro.

Hi, Yes, you are corect.
Where the left lugggae facility at Gare de l'Est is located is on the bottom floor. Take escaltor and it's at the corner. This part of Gare de l'Est has been refurbished and expanded.
