paris, toulouse, sarlat one day,, WWYD ?

Hi , I really need some help putting some pieces together. Here's what we are trying to accomplish: 1. skymiles to Paris, ( I think this means CDG) Sat AM arrival 2. get to Toulouse 3. Rent a car, drive to Sarlat ... collapse. later we will return for a few days in Paris.. if that changes your suggestion. for this travel day,, we are valuing efficiency and ease SLIGHTLY over cost. but both are considerations. flight or train to Toulouse? which is easier from CDG ( does in country flight mean transfer to ORLY?) Which is easier for car rental in Toulouse? Can someone help me please? thanks

Fly to Toulouse if at all possible. From whatever airport you are in. That's not just what I would do, it's what I did.

A: We went thought deGaulle, but you should see if you can do this from whatever airport you will be arriving. Having to get to another airport changes raises the hassle factor mightily. The only other observation I can offer is that we packed light enough to carry our bags on with us and got to the gate for our CGD-TOU flight an hour early. The carrier was quite happy to let us take an earlier flight, which was a plus.

Easyjet flys from CDG to Toulouse, bought in advance tickets are cheap, just be sure you pack light and or pay for checked luggage. That would be easiest if you can get decent flight times. Allow at least 3 hours after your flight lands at CDG to book your easyjet flight.

Thanks so much , y'all. This seems easier than I had found. I was just seeing in country flights from ORLY. That is IS possible to get a flight from CDG to Toulouse, and that we need 3 hours between . And of course,,, tote it all. Thanks again.

Three hours seems like significant overkill to me, even if you have to change terminals, but I have never flown Easyjet and do not fly much these days. Have a great trip Chris.
