Paris to Rome - Night Train or Flight for Pregnant woman?

Hi, I am travelling to Paris and rome in October and will be 6 months pregnant. This is my first trip to Europe and me and my husband are not sure if we should take the Artesian night train or Flight for Paris to Rome travel? Any suggestions for travel between paris and rome and for travel to Paris/Rome during Pregnancy would be great! Thanks in advance for reading and replying !!

Please fly. Doubt if you will sleep well and certainly nOt be happy with swaying down the hall to the community toilet! Check Easyjet for flights.
