Paris to Kosice--45 min enough in Prague?

My son and I are spending a week in Paris this September before heading to Slovakia. The best flight for us is a Czech Airlines flight that leaves mid-morning from DeGaulle and arrives in Kosice in the afternoon: is 45 minutes enough time in Prague to switch planes?

We are going to Presov to meet a guide, so want to arrive at a reasonable hour, and Kosice is the closest airport. Perhaps someone here can tell me if I am missing any good options; I have been to kayak, skyscanner, whichairline.com, whichbudget.com, and rome2rio.com. The train trip to Kosice is too long and not especially inexpensive. As best I can tell, flights that go to Kosice only leave from DeGaulle (never Orly), always have one stop, and are only on LOT, Czech Airlines, and SmartWings/CzechAir. A surprising number of them have long layovers at the hub (Warsaw or Prague) and arrive very late in the day--near midnight--or even the next day.

Never been to Prague, but I think 45 minutes is way too short a time to connect to any flight. Plane touches down- clock starts ticking. get to gate- wait to deplane while everyone struggles with overhead luggage, then exit plane, find next gate, check in. We have had many instances where plane was delayed.
You might want to take one of the flights with an overnight in either Prague or Warsaw- nice way to get a quick view of those cities. We did that in Dublin- it was fun. Hop on Hop off tour bus, a nice dinner made for a nice stay

Thanks Diane. We finally decided to take a Lot flight that has a longer layover, in Warsaw. Just have to be at CDG at 5 am... Somehow I always want to go places that are hard to get to!

Michele, as long as you're on one itinerary from Paris through to Kosice as opposed to two separate flight itineraries, you will have no worries.

Is this the case?
