I am trying to book a Train ticket for April from Paris to Amsterdam for two people, one in a wheelchair. I know that I can take the Eurostar from Paris to Brussels, but then do I have to book a separate train passage from Brussels to Amsterdam, since the Eurostar high speed train doesn't go from Paris directly to Amsterdam? Does this involve bookings two tickets per person? Anyone have any suggestions? I was able to book a Eurostar train from London to Paris with no effort at all, and got a great price of $65.00 per person, because of the wheelchair. Anything at all like this for route listed above?
High speed service between Paris and Amsterdam is run by Thalys. Here's their website: http://www.thalys.com/
As Tom said, Thalys trains go directly from Paris to Amsterdam. Eurostar trains go Paris-London and Brussels-London. They do not travel between Paris and Brussels.
