Hi, am planning a trip to above.We plan to spend 2 nights either in Bayeux/Caen to tour the DDay and Mt St Michael, another 2 nights in Lourdes for worship and maybe 3 or 4 nights in Paris for sightseeing etc. Could you advise on how to make the connections eg via train or flight to Bayeux and Lourdes from Paris and back. Would we be able to do a loop eg from Paris by train to Bayeux for the DDay landing and then loop down to Lourdes and back to Paris? Please advise on which bus or tour company which could do this. We plan to travel end May 2009. Thanks

You can do a loop by train from Paris to Bayeux, connect with one of the tour companies or rent a car to get to the battle areas; then loop down to Loudres, and then back to Paris. This website will show you the schedules http://reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/query.exe/en
