Take the RER B line to Paris and transfer to the Metro and/or other RER lines to get to the Marais. Exactly where you are going will determine if you should get off the RER B at Gare du Nord or Chatelet-Les Halles. The fare is 8.20€ and includes unlimited transfers until you exit the system. Just remember that the RER train, metro, etc., are not really designed for luggage and you may have to climb some stairs with your stuff in tow, and guard it, of course.
