Just wanted to drop a note re: our experience with Euraide. We used them to handle all of our train reservations for our 1 month trip to Germany/Austria/Italy/France in May/June. We're happy to report that everything went off without a hitch - reservations were great, Karen out of the US office was super nice, and when I had to go into the Munich office to pick-up some point-to-points I needed after our initial reservations had been made, they had everything waiting for us and could not have been friendlier. A true class act, and I highly recommend them if you are at all intimidated by the whole rail reservation thing. We definitely won't need to use them next time as we are now pretty comfortable with the rail systems in these countries, but we're sure glad we used them for our "maiden voyage"!
Oh, and we are in Canada - they charged us a $60 handling fee. Well worth it in our opinions.
