I believe the site he's trying to reference is www.europeandestinations.com, which does work (he probably copied the URL from farther into the booking process). Unfortunately, I have no experience with this company, so I can't answer your question.

Nancy's right. Europeandestinations.com, along with their sister websites for other parts of the world, is an online travel packager that puts together vacation packages for you. They act as the travel agent booking everything so all you have to do is figure out what to see.
They are legit. The only warning I'd give is to check every hotel they which to put you in as well as every other detail. (I'd give this suggestion with any travel packager.)
And, of course, read the fine print.
