I need to make a change on a ticket that I did online, but can't find a phone number on the bahn.de website that answers in English. Any suggestions?
Have you logged on and opened your account? I thought that is where you made changes to your schedule. However, some advance ticket purchase are not changeable. When the phone answers ask for English.
In the past, I've contacted them on 011 49 1805 99 66 33. You'll get a recorded message in German, but if you just stay on the line, eventually a human will answer and you can ask for English.
