One way travel Krakow to Budapest

Hi Mary, Can you wait a few weeks for half the feedback? I'm doing it by train in mid-April, using the night train and a sleeper (not a couchette). I'd be delighted to share my experience with you, here or in pvt. Tom in SC

Least expensive is bus, several hours less than train, and probably no longer than plane since, at least as of last summer when we went the other way, there are no direct flights between them, you have to fly through and change in Warsaw (at a minimum)

Tom in South Carolina, we would be happy to wait for a posting from you regarding your train experience between Krakow and Budapest. We are interested in logistics of getting tickets, etc. as well as how the trip does or does not contribute to your knowledge of culture and people. Mary
