Hello everyone:
I live in a very rural area,water by the Lake Okeechobee and cows all about.
I've tried to find out how to get to the airport for international travel with
out success.Is there anyone in this forum who can help me out.
I'd love to travel,but first I need to get to Miami.Can you help?I'll very much
appreciated,rocco.

Do you have a truck or a car? Head over to the turnpike or 95 and head south.

How many miles are you from Miami? Can you take a cab to the airport? Can a friend or family member give you a ride? A cab would be expensive but you may have to chalk it up to the overall cost of the trip.

Lake Okeechobee's a huge lake, and that makes directions difficult. We're not clear on where you're coming from.
From the town of Okeechobee:
Get on State Route 710 East, go about 50 miles and get on the Florida Turnpike (South.)
Eventually, it'll merge into I-95 South.
When you see exit 4, turn right and the airport's in 4 miles.
It's about 130 miles from the city of Okeechobee to the airport.

Hi Rocco,
Try the Rome2Rio website to see transportation options. There is also a train from Okeechobee to the airport with one change in Hollywood.

I don't mean to be critical - but guess I am. If you had trouble determining how to get to the Miami airport, I am not sure how you will do when you hit Europe. Most of those travel connections will be more complicated than getting to Miami. Or are you just pulling our collective legs?
