My family has purchased a Eurail pass for our lengthy European trip this summer (no judgment, please).
I am interested in booking the NightJet from Munich to Rome in July. I know that Eurail won't let me reserve until 90 days out from the trip. But when I log into the OeBB website, it seems to let me go ahead and make a reservation. The Eurail price for the reservation is $20 cheaper (deluxe cabin for 3) than on the Oebb site. Is it worth peace of mind to go ahead and book now versus waiting until April to book using the Eurail site? Or will I likely still be able to get the deluxe cabin for 3 when I try to reserve next month?
There aren't many of the deluxe cabins and they do sell out. I would book it now.
"Is it worth peace of mind..." that sounds like a question only you can answer.
Make the reservation now.
Thank y'all SO much! Went ahead and booked thanks to your advice! Plus, I logged in to the OeBB site and it was the last available deluxe for 3. Whew! Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
