Can anyone tell me if there is an English-speaking customer service telephone number for OEBB? In the alternative (if there is no dedicated English number) can anyone tell me which option to choose from the German language intro that exists when OEBB is called. Thank you.

There is no option to choose from. There is just an intro text, then the message that at the moment all their service desk employees are occupied, and they just ask you to stay on the line.
So just stay on the line. And hopefully the person at the other end has good enough English.
But what is actually the problem you are trying to solve here? We may be able to help you, and point in the right direction.

That's the number I called, WengenK. Thank you for the very helpful advice. My problem is somewhat convoluted, but I will post it anyway sometime on Friday (in the USA).
