Nuremburg Card

Hi,

I purchase the Nuremburg Card is it good for travel to Rothenburg? Or would I need a different ticket?

The Nuernberg Card is only good for travel in Nuernberg and Fürth, not outside that area. VGN does sell something called the TagesTicketPlus, which is an all day pass for the entire VRN (including Rothenburg) for €14,70. It is valid for up to 2 adults (up to 6 including children), and if you buy it on a Saturday, it is valid for Sunday as well.
