Norwegian changed my flight from 9/20/20 to 9/19/2020 from Madrid to LAX. There is nothing they could do for me, as they are apparently flying that route once a week and 9/19 was it!
Make sure to check any change to make sure it’s not a date change rather than just a time change.
You want the low fares and sometimes you have to roll with the flow. I just hope they stay around for a long time as the big legacy air carriers need competition. And we've seen the legacy airlines pick on the budget carriers from time to time--trying to drive them out of business.
We opted for a higher fare for better seats when we purchased our flight. Yes, the major carriers need competition. I can’t complain much, as this forced me to look for a sale on miles! I found a websale on American for 40 K. We were only using Norwegian on our return since miles to return were high when we tried to book a few months ago. One way fares are out of hand!
It may change again
Oh, no doubt! Our flight over has changed as well. By five minutes!
They changed my flight LAX to Paris from 9/27/19 to 9/30/19 a mere 3 weeks before our trip. This would have had us arriving in Paris on 10/1/19 when we’re supposed to be in Trier, Germany meeting up for our RS GAS tour! We cancelled it and bought a round trip on AA instead.
