Norway Pass and Are seniors eligible to 50% discount on trains.

I my trying to determine the advantage of buying a 3 day pass vs buying individual tickets. I plan to travel from Olso (Norway in a nutshell) to Bergen. The second trip will be from Bodo to Trondheim? Thank you for your help. David

Check NSB.NO website: http://www.nsb.no/our-tickets/about-our-tickets-article37639-4337.html Reduced-rate Travellers aged over 67 years, who are receiving disability benefits, or who are blind or partially sighted are entitled to a 50% discount on standard fares. Married couples are each entitled to a 50% discount, if one of them meets the above requirements. Reduced-rate tickets are subject to the same terms and conditions as standard tickets. You may also want to consider "Minipris" tickets:
Minipris Every month, we make available thousands of Minipris fares at NOK 199, 299, 399 and 499 on all NSB Regiontog (inter-city) departures. Minipris is an offer determined by by the interaction of demand and availability. Consequently, price may vary over time and you may find fewer Minipris tickets on the most popular departures. Minipris tickets must be purchased no later than the day prior to travelling. Minipris tickets cannot be cancelled/exchanged or refunded.
