Just wondering if there is a bus that runs from Nimes to Arles. We are taking the train from Paris to Nimes, and hope the spend the night in Arles. I see the lastest train that day leaves Nimes at 2130"ish" and wondering if we arrived later that night (or miss the train!) if there is a bus that travels that way. Also if anyone has recommendations as to where to stay in Arles on a budget, let us know!
Thanks, Rebekah
The cheapest place to stay in Arles is in a hostel. Check them at:

Be sure to click on the box: "And 6 hostels also in Arles."
My wife and I always stay in hostels when we can because they are such a bargain for shoestring travelers. Many now offer private rooms for 2,3,4 in lieu of dorms as in the past.
Rebekah,
Here is the bus schedule:

It looks like the last bus from Nimes is at 1830 Monday through Saturday.
If you can navigate in french, google.fr is a lot better than Google.com at finding public transportation schedules.
Can't help on a budget hotel. We inadvertently showed up in Arles the weekend of the biennial bull games. We stayed ant the Hotel de l'amphitheater. Wonderful place but about 100 euro/night I think. My partner paid the bill so I don't know the exact rate.
