I'm trying to see if there is any night train from Munich to Prague that has sleepers. I couldn't find any on eurotrail.

There is no night train. But there are two daily direct trains that leave Munich at 8:44 and 16:42, journey time is a little over six hours.

As an alternative, there is a night train from Frankfurt to Prague. You can reach Frankfurt from Munich on a 3-hour-long ICE train.
