How do you make advance night train reservations if you have a rail pass? I can only find ways to book a ticket for the night train but not a couchette if you already have a pass.

I actually need to night trains:
CNL40401 Koblenz to Wells - and on to Salzburg Departing 21:15
CNL40485 Innsbruck to Venice Departing 23:05
I tried using DB Bahn but when I get to the purchase part it will not allow me to select reservation only.

There are a couple easy ways to do this while still in the US. The more expensive all online way through RailEurope(http://www.raileurope.com) This conveinence will cost you more per reservation than in Europe. Another way is through euraide(www.euraide.de/ricksteves). This is done all by phone and email and they charge a flat $50 fee for all reservations they make for you. You could also wait until you get to Germany and purchase them there. Personally, I get nervous about waiting and prepurchase through euraide before leaving the states.
