I'm trying to buy tickets for the night train Milan to Paris with a sleeper 2 berth cabin. Ordered tickets on line 2/17/11, got an otder # and bill but no tickets ever came. Having a lot of trouble contacting them. Finally had a on-line chat with someone that said they were working on it and didn't think it was odd that I had no tickets after almost 3 weeks. Do I have any other options? The 24/7 service/support staff has been out or very busy with others for the past 4 days! I thought I was all set, now I'm not sure. Any ideas would be appreciated.
