i am planning a trip to Prague, Poland and hungary, Slovenia, and Croatia next Sept, and trying to figure this all out. How safe is the night train? and about how much does it cost? any info will be greatly appreciated! Brenda

You can get fare information at www.raileurope.com. Be aware, however, that RE's fares are usually inflated and you'll probably pay less if you buy your ticket in Prague.
